“I, Rutuja Digambar Patil, Age – 22 Years, Occupation – Caretaker, Residing at – Padma Bhushan Vasant Dada Primary School, Someshwar Wadi, Pashan, Pune, hails from – Bhagya Nagar, Near the Lord Datta Temple, Taluka and District – Nanded. Mobile No. 9309464964.

While undergoing the treatment in Ward No. 23 in the Sassoon Hospital, Pune and while being in fully conscious state, I personally give my statement as under :-

I stay at the aforesaid place along with my female friend. About one year ago, I got acquainted with a boy, by name Akash Kundalik Chauthamale, age – 25 years, residing at – near Padma Bhushan Vasant Dada Primary School, Someshwar Wadi, Pashan Pune, on Instagram App and since then, we both were chatting with each other on Instagram, WhatsApp on mobile phone. He always used to say, “you are my wife without marriage , you come to meet me”, however, I used to avoid meeting him. Thereafter, in the month of October, 2025, he knew that I would be going to meet my parents and had told him that I had booked a Railway Ticket for my travel from Pune to Nanded. At that time, my said friend Akash Chauthamale said to me, “while going home by train, you get down at Parabhani”. However, when I refused him to get down there, said Akash threatened me saying, “If you do not get down at Parabhani, I will do something drastic to my life, and I will die”. As he gave me such a threat, I got down at Parabhani. Said Akash

and his friend Omkar, whose full name and address I do not know, had come there to receive me. Thereafter, with the help of said Omkar, Akash took me at the night time to some Lodge and then Omkar left the said place. Thereafter, Akash took me to the second floor of the lodge. At the said place, he said to me, “I have paid Rs. Ten Thousand extra for the lodge for you, you allow me to have intercourse with you” and by saying so, he forcibly committed sexual intercourse with me all night.

On the next day, he dropped me off at my female friend’s place at Pashan, Pune, from Parabhani on his motorcycle. Thereafter, on the dates 28 and 29^th October, 2025, Akash called me to his house at Pashan, Pune and again had sexual intercourse with me. As a result, I became pregnant. When I informed this fact to Akash on the date 18.12.2025, Akash said to me, “you did not get pregnant by me, you are lying to extract money from me”. Therefore, when I informed this fact to his parents, they told me that they would convince him about the same. However, Akash did not contact me in any manner whatsoever. Moreover, he has blocked me on Instagram, WhatsApp and has also blocked my phone calls. He has even deleted from my mobile phone the entire conversation and the photographs after our meeting on the lodge at Parabhani .

On the date 19.12.2025, during the night, I had pain in my abdomen and therefore, when I came to Sassoon Hospital at Pune for getting medical treatment, the Doctors in the Hospital have admitted me in the Hospital at about 02:47 hrs. in the night. As Akash Kundalik Chauthamale has forcibly committed sexual intercourse with me at District – Parabhani and at Pashan, Pune, made me pregnant and shirked his responsibility, I have a lawful complaint against him.

Perusal of the FIR shows that the Applicant was calling the First Informant as his wife. However, when the First Informant became pregnant, the Applicant started alleging that he was not responsible for the pregnancy and that only for getting money false allegations were made.

Thereafter, the First Informant contacted the parents of the Applicant, who assured her that they would talk with the Applicant. However, thereafter, the Applicant blocked the First Informant on WhatsApp, phone and Instagram.

The offence is very serious. By calling the First Informant as wife and also by threatening her, the Applicant has kept sexual relationship with the First Informant and, after informing him about the pregnancy, levelled false allegations. The First Informant, in fact, contacted the parents of the Applicant, who informed her that they would talk with the Applicant. However, thereafter he blocked her on Instagram, WhatsApp and phone. Thus, the offence is very serious. Accordingly, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.
