The parties state that they have settled the disputes between them which form the subject matter of the present administration suit and have arrived at an agreement between themselves which is contained in the Consent Terms dated 9^th April 2026. The Consent Terms are tendered and the same is taken record.

The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates of both the parties who identify their respective clients. All parties confirm their signatures on the Consent Terms and state that the same accurately set out the agreement that has been arrived at between them.
