The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered on record a copy of representation dated 11.07.2025, which he has made to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli, and submits that directions be issued to the respondent no.1-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, to decide the said representation within stipulated time, that would suffice the purpose of filing the writ petition and the writ petition can be disposed of.

The representation tendered by the petitioner is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for the purpose of identification.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that within a period of six weeks from today the said representation of the petitioner will be decided.
