In paragraph 2, line 5, the words “two Agreements for Sale” shall be read and substituted as “Sale Deed and Agreement for Sale”;

In paragraph 4, line 7, before the words “Agreement for Sale” insert the words “Sale Deed and”;

In paragraph 5, line 2, the words “Agreements for Sale” shall be read and substituted as “the said Sale Deed and Agreement for Sale”.

In paragraph 6, line 1, the words “Prerak Shah” shall be read and substituted as “Prerak Sharma”.

The Judgment dated 4^th July 2025, be corrected accordingly. Rest of the Judgment to remain as it is. Ordered accordingly.
