When the matter is called out, Mr. Punjabi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioners are desirous of settling the matter with the Respondents.

This is a Petition filed against the order dated 21^st April, 2022 passed by the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, rejecting the Miscellaneous Application seeking stay of the order dated 25^th February, 2021 as well as dismissing the appeal in view of the noncompliance of the mandatory deposit for filing appeal.
