There occurred inadvertent mistakes in paragraphs 85 and 86 of the judgment dated 30.09.2025. In paragraph 85, the word, “Section 2(c)” shall be replaced by “Section 2(a)”. In paragraph 86, the word, “appeal” shall be replaced by the word, “approval”.

In addition, a sentence in paragraph 86 namely, “and are liable to be quashed and set aside”, shall stand deleted.

3 Corrections shall be made immediately and corrected copy shall be uploaded forthwith.
