Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are arraigned as accused in CC No.158/SW/2016 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 17^th Court, Borivali, Mumbai. The complaint led to the issuance of process for offences punishable under Sections 405, 406, 415, 417, 420, 463, 465 and 114 read with 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioners have filed the above petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The established legal principle dictates that the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, should be exercised sparingly.
