4. Mr. Vaidya would submit that orders of the Labour Court granting reinstatement and backwages is been complied with in other regions in identical matters by the employer save and except in Mumbai region.

In that view of matter, he is directed to file additional affidavit in order to place all such orders which are complied with on record to enable the Employer to meet the case of present employees and apprise the Court about the same. Let the additional affidavit be filed within a period of one week from today Rejoinder, if any be filed within a week thereafter.
