Present Petition has been filed for following prayer :-

“ B ”. This Hon’ble Court pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, and direct the Respondent nos.5 to 8 to give/grant the benefit of Ekstar (one step promotional pay scale), which is available for promotional post i.e. Primary Headmaster under scheme of G.R. dt. 6.8.2002 and 29.2.2024 from the date of appointment of the petitioners in tribal area and further direct the respondent nos.5 to 8 to pay the salary with arrears to the petitioners by adding one step pay promotional pay scale i.e. grade pay scale as 4300 from the date of appointment of the petitioners in tribal area.”
