By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of condition mentioned in clause (c) of the order dated 2^nd April 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in the aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, this Court had directed the applicant to report to Rajarampuri Police Station, District-Kolhapur, once in a month i.e. on the first Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the trial.
