Heard Mr.Samarth, the learned counsel representing the Petitioner/Applicant and Mr.D.V. Chauhan, Senior Counsel/GP for Respondent Nos.1 to 4.

By Civil Application No.222/2025, the Petitioner seek withdrawal of the Petition and it is stated that after the Court has closed the matter for Judgment, Zilla Parishad has been dissolved and, therefore, the prayers in the Writ Petition do not survive.

A copy of the Civil Application is served upon the office of Government Pleader and Mr.D.V. Chauhan, Senior Counsel/GP has marked his appearance. He has no serious objection in seeking withdrawal of the Petition, but he would submit that all the rights and contentions of the parties shall be kept open.

In the wake of above, Civil Application No.222/2025 is allowed. As a result, Writ Petition No.1940/2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.

According to Mr. Samarth, Civil Application No.2761/2024 filed during the pendency of the Petition and to be specific on 14/10/2024, has also been rendered infructuous in the wake of withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

In view of this, Civil Application No.2761/2024 is disposed off as being rendered infructuous.

Needless to state that all the possible contentions to be advanced on behalf of the Petitioner as well as Respondent Authorities, are kept open.
