CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.2018 OF 2023 :

This is an application to grant an early hearing of the writ petition by a fixed date on the ground that vide communication dated 17.01.2022, respondent no.5 cannot develop the lands in question, and respondent no.5 has invested a huge amount in the said property. Therefore, it is requested that the matter be fixed for an early hearing.

Having considered the same and for the reasons stated in the application, we deem it appropriate to allow the application, as prayed. The matter shall be fixed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 10.02.2025.
