No.1351/2023, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "A" was granted subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued, within twelve weeks from the date of the order. It is submitted that the amount could not be deposited within the time granted for

the reasons beyond control of the appellant. It is stated that now the amount is ready and the cheque can be deposited, however in view of lapse of time, an extension is required to be granted.
