By order dated 25^th September 2025, the matter was referred to a Mediator. Pursuant thereto, the Mediator mediated the matter and, vide communication bearing No. HCLSSC/3840/2025 dated 26^th November 2025, submitted a report to the Court stating that the “Mediation is Successful.”

Along with the report, he also tendered the “Consent Terms” executed between the parties in the presence of their respective counsel. The said Consent Terms were confirmed by the husband-petitioner No. 8 and the respondents No. 1 and 2, i.e., the wife and the son.

Petitioner No.8, respondent Nos. 1 and 2, and parents of respondent No.1 are present in Court.

Petitioner No.8, respondent Nos. 1 and 2, admit the terms and conditions of the consent terms and their signatures thereon. Hence, the same has been verified, read, and recorded. The Mediation Report, along with the Consent Terms, is taken on record and marked “X” for identification purposes.

As per Clause 10(c) of the Consent Terms, the original applicants, i.e. respondent Nos. 1 and 2 herein, have agreed to dispose of the DV proceedings filed by them against the petitioners. I have personally enquired with the respondents about the same, and they have confirmed the same.

In view of the Consent Terms and the statements of the respondents before the Court, the Criminal Application No.3003 of 2025 is allowed, and the proceeding bearing PWDV Application No.30 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad, is hereby quashed and set aside.

In view of the disposal of the original PWDVA proceedings, the order passed below Exhibit 37 does not survive and is hereby quashed and set aside.

¶34

Petitioner No.8, i.e. the father/husband, is directed to cooperate with his son in obtaining documents required for his educational purposes.

It would be appropriate that, at the conclusion of all the legal proceedings, petitioner No.8 (the father) and his son, Dhavalraj, would embrace each other as a token of love.
