. Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the papers on record.

The applicant is apprehending arrest at the hands of the Dharashiv Rural Police Station, Dist. Dharashiv in Crime No. 0078/2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 118 (2), 118 (1), 115 (2), 296, 352, 351 (3), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNS’), and therefore, this Application for Pre-arrest Bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS).

The case of the Prosecution is that, on 07.04.2025 around 01:30 p.m. when the Informant was working in his Agricultural field Gat No.207 in village Varuda, Tal and Dist. Dharashiv, the Applicant who

is woman abused him on account of disturbing boundaries of the agricultural field. The Accused No. 1 – Ajit Bhujang Gadhave who is the son of the Applicant, came on the spot and beat the Informant. The Informant’s Mother came on the spot, who was also assaulted. In the FIR, the role of assault by Sickle is attributed to the Accused No.1. As the incident is reported to the Police, the said Crime came to be registered.

The role attributed to the Applicant is abusing the Informant and pulling the heirs of the Informant’s Mother. The serious role of assault is attributed to Accused No.1 - Ajit, who was arrested and released on bail. According to the learned APP, the injuries are suffered by the Informant were simple in nature. The Investigation is complete and the Charge-sheet is submitted. The Applicant was protected by the Interim Order dated 06.05.2025 on certain conditions. In this view of the

matter, I am inclined to confirm the same and hence, the order.
