(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicants - Mayur alias Mahendra Bhagwan Kumbhakarn; Supriya Mayur @ Mahendra Kumbhakarn; Chetan @ Chaitanya Bhagwan Kumbhakarn; Bhagwan Dhondu Kumbhakarn; Mira Dhondu Kumbhakarn and Anita Ganesh Chalse in connection with Crime No.392/2025 registered with Rahata Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, they be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :

(b) The Applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer at Rahata Police Station, District Ahilyanagar from 24^th to 28^th of November, 2025 and 1^st to 5^th of December, 2025 between 12:00 pm. to 02:00 pm. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(c) The Applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the dates already mentioned above.
