petition No.8966 of 2022. It was disposed of by this Court on 21.10.2024. The amount of Rs.10,00,000/- was deposited at

the time of granting stay. Hence, present applicant seeks leave

to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the respondent/The Education Officer (Secondary) submitted the chart with calculation. It is taken on record. Out of Rs.15,34,199/-, the Management has to pay Rs.5,34,199/- directly to the petitioner. In view thereof, the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- lying with this Court can be released to the applicant with interest if any if the amount is deposited in fixed deposit.

Civil Application No.12924 of 2024 is allowed.

The Nazir is directed to release the amount deposited with this Court, as mentioned above with interest, if any.
