considering that the file is forwarded before the learned Minister, petitioners will again make an application for assigning the date of hearing. Since, the file of revision application is already put up before the learned Minister, the petitioners are at liberty to make an application for assigning date of hearing of their revision application before the learned Minister. The present petition, challenges the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, which is already challenged by the petitioners before the learned Minister.
