Mr. Nevshe, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners would submit that Writ Petition No.6885 of 2018 was withdrawn essentially on account of the errors in drafting the

same. He would submit that a fresh Petition has been filed for the same cause of action after correcting the drafting errors. However, while permitting the Petitioner to withdraw Writ Petition No.6885 of 2018 by order dated 16 July 2024 Petitioner inadvertently did not avail a liberty to file fresh petition for same cause of action.

It is clarified that withdrawal of Writ Petition No.6885 of 2018 shall not prevent filing of fresh petition by the Petitioners for the same cause of action and the Petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh Petition for the same cause of action.
