In view of the above and since the Petitioner is awaiting pensionary benefits and the claim originally was lodged on 19.05.2003 following with various rounds of litigation resulting in remand of the proceedings, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions :-

[a] Let the Vigilance Cell consider the documents filed by the Petitioner and arrive at a fresh report on or before 29.02.2024.

[b] The Petitioner would appear before the Committee on 18.03.2024 after receiving the report of the Committee on the following e-mail address of his son

[c] Written submissions shall be tendered by the Petitioner on or before 30.03.2024 and the Committee shall deliver it’s order on or before 31.05.2024.

This Petition is preferred by the son of the aforesaid Petitioner. His claim is also pending. As such, this Petition is disposed off by making the above timetable applicable to the case of this Petitioner as well, on request of the Petitioner.
