The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered across the bar a certificate of validity granted by the Caste Scrutiny Committee which holds that the claim of the petitioner of belonging to Rajput Bhamta which is a notified V.J.A. reservation is found to be correct. The same is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. In view of the said certificate, the respondent No. 3 undertakes to act in accordance with the same. The petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the abovesaid validity certificate. Rule is made absolute in terms of interim order dated 10.9.2024.
