3. Mr. Chavan, learned senior advocate representing the petitioner confines his prayer for issuing a direction to the CIDCO to allow the petitioner to participate in the bid process

of the subject plot for which last date of submission of bid is 24^th April, 2024.

4. Mr. Hegde, learned senior advocate, representing the CIDCO, on instructions, states that CIDCO will have no objection for participation of the petitioner in the bid process for auctioning subject plot, provided the petitioner fulfills all the requisite conditions of the tender.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of finally with a direction to CIDCO that it shall permit the petitioner to participate in the bid process for auctioning subject plot for which the last date of submission is 24^th April, 2024, provided the petitioner fulfills all the requisite conditions.
