The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-

“(a) Issue an appropriate Order for quashing and setting aside the Order dated 29.12.2023, passed by Ld. Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division Nashik in RTS/ Revision no.31 of 2023.

(b) Issue an Appropriate Writ/order directing the Respondent No.9 to decide the Application for stay and

main Revision Application 2562 of 2024/G-6 filed by present Petitioner before the Hon’ble Minister for Revenue Mantralaya, Mumbai, in time bound manner.”

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submitted that he is pressing the present Petition only in terms of prayer clause (b) by seeking a direction to Respondent No.9 to decide the Application for stay and the main Revision Application No.2562 of 2024/G-6 filed by the present Petitioners, in a time bound manner.

Considering that this is the limited relief sought by the Petitioners, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.9 to decide the Revision Application filed by the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 30^th July, 2024.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
