This Writ Petition is filed by the Husband challenging

the impugned order dated 4 December 2023 passed by the Family Court, Thane.

By the impugned order, the Family Court, Thane,

allowed the application filed by the Wife (Exhibit 14) which

sought direction to the Respondent (husband) for physical counselling.

The husband is at present working in U.S.A. and the Respondent (wife) is working in London. The husband has filed the Petition for divorce before the Family Court at Thane.

The Family Court, Thane had allowed the application of the wife thereby directing the husband to remain present before the Marriage Counsellor of Family Court, Thane. Being aggrieved by the said order, the husband has filed the present Writ Petition.

After the matter was argued for some time, both the counsel agree that at present they are willing to the arrangement that the counselling can be done by Video Conferencing on two days i.e. 18 April 2024 and/or 20 April 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

I hereby direct, the meeting of both the parties with the Marriage Counsellor by Video Conferencing on 18 April 2024, and/or 20 April 2024 at 2:00 p.m. and on any further dates, as per the timing which would be convenient to both the

parties and the Marriage Counsellor can be fixed.
