3. Mr Munj, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, makes a statement that the GCZMA will dispose of the above show cause notices on their merits and in accordance with law within two months from today. Needless to add that the GCZMA will have to comply with principles of natural justice and fair play. In the peculiar facts of the present case, even the Petitioner should be heard before disposing of the above show cause notices.

4. By accepting Mr Munj's statement and directing the GCZMA to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
