Dipak Shivaji Pawar Vs the State of Maharashtra Revenue Department Thr. Its Chief Secretary and Anr.

We, accordingly dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing the Respondents to decide the application of the Petitioner dated 14^th February, 2023, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of three months from 4^th March, 2024. The said application of the Petitioner shall be decided along with the application filed by Mr. Eknath Nivrutti Pawar and others [Petitioners in Writ Petition (St.) No. 24278 of 2023 now registered as Writ Petition No. 11094 of 2023].

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
