After the matter was argued for some time, all the learned
counsel agree that suffice will be the purpose if this writ petition
is disposed of and the hearing of suits pending before the Small
Causes Court and before the City Civil Court, is expedited.
2. By consent writ petition is disposed of with following
directions :-
(a)The hearing of RAD Suit No. 410 of 2016 is

expedited. Learned Judge should make an
endevour to dispose of the suit within a period of
two years from today.
(b)So also, the hearing of Suit No. 2426 of 2016,
pending before the City Civil Court, is expedited.

3. All contentions on merits are kept open.
4. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
