Petitioner is therefore permitted to delete petitioner nos. 5 to 9 and respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4. In view of clause (3) of the consent terms learned Advocate for the petitioner is also permitted to delete petitioner no. 4.i.b. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with.
