Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 & 5 as well as the learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 3 have no objection, considering which the petition is disposed off by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the revision application within a period of four weeks from today, subject to the undertaking, by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the copies of the revision filed by him before the respondent No.1 shall be served upon Mr. Kaustubh Thipsay, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 & 5 today itself.
