3. The issue raised in these revision applications can be kept open to be agitated before the trial Court after framing of charge. If a request is made by the applicants to the trial Court that the Sanctioning Authority be examined in the first instance, such request be considered by the trial Court on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. All contentions are kept open.
5. I have not made any observations on the merits of the rival contentions.
6. The revision applications are disposed of.
