As the review petition is pending, the learned counsel for parties agree that the Review Petition can be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. As the Review Application has been pending since December 2023, the learned Magistrate is requested to decide the Review Application expeditiously and in any event within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing i.e. 4th May 2024.
