1. Heard Mr G. Malik for the petitioners, Mr Deep Shirodkar, learned AGA for the State, Mr A. D. Bhobe for respondent no.10 and Mr Sagar Sarmalkar for respondent no.41.

2. A chart has been placed on record indicating the details of appeals preferred before the Additional Director of Panchayats, South Goa, which is taken on record. We are informed that some of the inal demolition notices have been stayed by the Additional Director of Panchayats. he chart lists out the details of ifty-three inal demolition notices issued by the respondent no.10-Village Panchayat. he appeals are iled by forty-nine alleged violators.

3. Insofar as those demolition notices where appeals are not iled or there is no stay operating, the Village Panchayat shall take appropriate action in taking the demolition notices to their logical conclusion as

expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of ten weeks from today. In those matters where the appeals are pending and the demolition notices have been stayed before the Additional Director of Panchayats, we request the Additional Director of Panchayats to decide these forty-nine appeals which are indicated in the chart below, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.11.2024.
