1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader representing the State-respondents.
2. By filing this Public Interest Litigation petition, direction has been sought for getting an inquiry conducted in respect of allotment of tender by the respondent no.2 concerning putting up of advertisement hoardings. The petitioner has already represented the authorities, including the Directorate of Municipal Administration, bringing to their notice the alleged irregularities.
3. Having regard to the nature of grievances raised in this PIL petition, we provide that the petitioner may make an exhaustive representation to the Directorate of Municipal

Administration taking all the pleas which may be available to him and enclosing therewith all the documents on which the petitioner intends to rely.
4. Such representation shall be made by the petitioner within a fortnight from today. In case the representation under this order is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision and action, which may be warranted under law, may also be taken by the Directorate of Municipal Administration or any other competent authority of the State Government.
5. We make it clear that in case any action is proposed, the parties, which are likely to be affected, may also be afforded appropriate opportunity of being heard.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the PIL petition is disposed of.
