This Official Liquidator’s Report seeks permission to make payment to the empanelled Chartered Accountants for preparing and filing of Half Yearly Accounts and Final Accounts (as the case may be) per company in liquidation for the half year starting from April 2023 onwards for the bills received after completion of the assigned work.

Ms.Thipsay, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that the permission is being sought to make payment for the services rendered by the Chartered Accountants for filing Half Yearly Accounts and Final Accounts for the half year commencing from

April 2023 as per the scale of fees to be paid to the empanelled Chartered Accountants, as approved by this Court by order dated 25^th January 2023.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the report, this Court is of the view that the Official Liquidator’s Report be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :

“(a) In view of para (5) supra, whether this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment to the empanelled Chartered Accountants for preparing and filing of Half Yearly Accounts and Final Accounts (as the case may be) per company (In Liqn.) for the Half year starting from April 2023 onwards, as and when bills are received after completion of the assigned work.”

The Official Liquidator’s Report, accordingly, stands disposed.
