. Heard learned counsel for the Official Liquidator.

By this Official Liquidator’s Report (OLR), the official liquidator praying for following directions :

“(i) in view of paragraph 12 herein above, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to allow the Official Liquidator to pay the professional fees of INR 10,50,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) as per "Exhibits D-1 to D-4" hereto to Mr. Hiro

(ii) in view of paragraph 13 herein above, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to allow the Official Liquidator to pay the professional fees of INR 59,14,160 (Indian Rupees Fifty Nine Lakhs Fourteen Thousand One Hundred and Sixty only) as per "Exhibits E-1 to E-93 hereto to M/s Mehta Chokshi & Shah LLP, Chartered Accountants after deducting TDS from the funds lying to the credit of the Company (In Liqn)”

The said directions are sought in the context of payments to be made to the Advocate and Chartered Accountant, whose professional services were taken by the office of the official liquidator. In support of the directions, relevant documents have been filed and a summary of the same is specifically stated in the OLR. This Court has perused the details.

For the reasons stated in the OLR, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (i) and (ii), quoted hereinabove.
