O R D E R
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) The sentence imposed by the trial Court vide judgment and order dated 18/12/2023 in Sessions Case No. 33 of 2017 is accordingly suspended.
(iii) The applicant is enlarged on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iv) The applicant shall report to the trial Court once in six months, on the first Monday of the concerned month between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. commencing from March 2024.
