Therefore, First Appeal No. 375 of 2022 is dismissed against Respondent Nos.1 and 2 as per conditional order dated 15/03/2023 passed by the Registrar’s Court. However, it appears that due to inadvertence, no order has been passed in Interim Application No. 2745 of 2022 for grant of stay. Hence, said Interim Application No. 2745 of 2022 shall also dispose of.
