first informant submits that on the making of such deposit in compliance with the Court’s order, if an application is moved by the applicant for quashing of the FIR, the first informant will consent to the same and cooperate with the applicant. Learned counsel for the first informant states that he is making such a statement on the instructions of the first informant. The statement is accepted.
2. The applicant has no objection if the amounts which are deposited are withdrawn by the first informant. Office to permit such withdrawal including the one which is to be deposited (Rs.5,83,606/-) in terms of paragraph No.1 of this order.
3. Interim application stands disposed of in the above terms.
