2. In view of the said statement of learned AGP, Mr. Sumil Purohit learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant as well as learned Counsel appearing for the Intervenor state that both of them be given liberty to file written submissions on or before 4^th September, 2024.

3. Accordingly, all the parties are permitted to file wrritten submissions before the Respondent No.1 - The Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai by 6^th September, 2024. Time granted for disposal of said Revision Application No.713 of
