3. This Interim Application has been filed for bringing the legal

heirs of deceased Respondent No.3B on record. Deceased Respondent
No.3B namely Sukhadev Shankar Patil has expired on 24.06.2021 in
the interregnum. There is a delay of almost 2 years which stands
condoned in view of the reasons mentioned in the Application. The
details of his legal heirs are given in paragraph No.3 of the Interim
Application.

5. For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘a’. Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment and implead the legal heirs of Respondent No.3B as stated in paragraph No.3 of the Interim Application. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended Petition be served on the other side.
