For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

along with Civil Revision Application No.578 of 2019 for hearing and final disposal on 23 January 2024, at 2:30 p.m.

The Applicant is hereby directed to file short synopsis, preposition of law and the judgments relied upon by him before the next date of hearing and serve a copy thereof on the other side.
