5. Interim application has been preferred seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 14^th December 2023 passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No.38/2004.

6. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that within a period of 6 weeks from today the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest will be deposited in the Trial Court.

7. Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest within a period of 6 weeks from today.
