The applicant/appellant No.1 has filed this application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the non-applicant No.4 in Appeal No.379/1998.

The applicant has stated that there are two applicants, but the applicant No.2 has not approached the counsel and he has filed the application for applicant No.1 to permit him to withdraw the half amount, which is deposited by non-applicant No.4.

Heard both the learned counsel for the respective parties.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant No.1- Baliram s/o Yamaji Pawar is permitted to withdraw his ½ (50%) share separately out of total compensation.

Registry is directed to verify the identity of applicant No.1 and transmit 50% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon within a period of four weeks in the bank account of applicant No.1 - Baliram s/o Yamaji Pawar on his furnishing bank account details to the Registry.

The civil application stands disposed of.
