Mr.Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.3.

We have perused the application moved by the respondent No.3.

Mr.Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel has claimed that notice was never served on respondent No.3 Board though the farad speaks so, as the nomenclature of respondent No.3 was incorrectly narrated. According to him, as such, the

observations of this Court in order dated 28/02/2024 to the extent of paras 3 and 6 need to be recalled.

We see no reason not to grant such prayer, particularly in the backdrop of the aforesaid order of granting leave to amend and correct the nomenclature. The application is allowed.

We accept the statement of learned Senior Counsel Mr.Bhangde that affidavit-in-reply on merit of the matter shall be placed within two weeks.
