The Education Officer vide communication dated 6^th September, 2023 refused to decide the proposal dated 30^th December, 2020 for grant of approval to the petitioner as a graduate teacher, because of pendency of this petition.

The petitioner therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition which is granted to

the petitioner with liberty to file a fresh, if such occasion arises after the decision of the Education Officer.

The Education Officer is directed to decide the proposal dated 30^th December, 2020 at the earliest and in any case within two months from today.
