This application is taken out for grant of permission to return original solvency certificate to the petitioner. It is stated in the application that as per the order of the Hon’ble Court, the petitioner has to furnish solvent surety of Rs. 25,000/- every year and the solvency certificate dated 10.07.2024 furnished on record inadvertently does not bear seal and stamp of Naib Tahasildar. Thus, the petitioner prays for returning of origial solvency certificate to the petitioner for obtaining seal and stamp from Naib Tahasildar, Putur.
Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Office to hand over the solvency certificate dated 10.07.2024 bearing no. R.G. No. ADM-101/ Navegaon/13/2023-24 to the petitioner for obtaining seal and stamp of the concerned authority. The petitioner shall re-submit duly sealed and stamped solvency certificate in due course, failing which, it will be presumed that the petitioner failed to furnish solvent surety of Rs. 25,000/- of the year 2024, despite the Court’s order. Office to keep xerox copy of the original solvency certificate on record till then.
