It is submitted that, the petitioner recently discovered certain documents, which are necessary for adjudication of the matter. In the circumstances, the petitioner intends to amend the petition to add the pleadings in the light of documents.

There is no objection to the respondents to allow the present application. As such, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
