Though the original petitioner was served and Mr.M.A.Sable, learned Counsel waives service of notice on her behalf, none appears for the petitioner.

The claim in the present application is for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,20,653/- along with accrued interest thereon, which was directed to be deposited vide order dated 10/09/2018. The said amount is informed to be lying in this Court and the petitions in which the amount is deposited are already disposed of.

1. Since the amount belongs to the applicant in the application, we deem it appropriate to permit the applicant to withdraw the amount by executing an indemnity bond.
