This application is taken out for grant of permission to issue notice to respondent no.1 and 4 by registered post AD. It is stated in the application that all the respondents except the respondent nos.1 and 4 are duly served in the matter and for adjudication of the matter, it is necessary to serve the respondent nos.1 and 4. Therefore, the applicant wants to serve the unserved respondents by R.P.A/d.

As per the office note, Advocate Smt. Snehalata Sahasrabuddhe has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3, bearing no. 01/2024 filed on 09.05.2024.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the power is filed on behalf of respondent no.1, the applicant is allowed to serve respondent no.4 by R.P.A/d only, through Court, returnable within Six weeks.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
