“(a) That the Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator Hon’ble Justice Pramod D. Kode, Former Judge of this Court be extended for a period of 1 year from the date of the Order or such period as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and appropriate”

the evidence stage, as the evidence affidavit was directed to be filed on 14/2/2024.
Since the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 7/3/2024, petition is filed seeking extension by period of one year.
By consent, petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) as the proceedings before the Arbtiral Tribunal are in progress.
